Private Training

Private training is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals! Pure Pilates offers Private and Semi Private training with Caroline Brennan, STOTT PILATES® instructor.

Private training consists of a personally tailored workout program that takes into consideration personal fitness goals, needs and abilities.

Clients will progress through the elementary and intermediate STOTT PILATES® repertoire. Caroline is also able to work directly with each client’s own personal Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor to ensure the correct muscle training programme. To book a private training session click here
